TERMS & CONDITIONS

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Nimes Civil Engineering & Construction Company ("Company") and its clients ("Client") for the provision of civil engineering and construction services. By engaging our services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

- "Services": refers to the civil engineering and construction services provided by the Company.

- "Client": refers to the individual or organization engaging the Company's services.

- "Project": refers to the specific project or scope of work agreed upon by the Company and the Client.

Scope of Work

- The Company will provide the Services as described in the Project scope of work.

- The Client will provide access to the Project site and necessary information and materials.

Payment Terms

- The Client will pay the Company fees as agreed upon in the Project scope of work.

- Payment is due within  30 days of receipt of invoice.

Intellectual Property

- The Company retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in and to the Services.

- The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the Services for the purpose of the Project.

Confidentiality

- The Company and the Client will maintain confidentiality of all Project-related information.

Warranties and Liability

- The Company warrants that the Services will be performed with professional skill and care.

- The Company's liability for damages or losses arising from the Services is limited to [insert limitation, e.g., the amount of fees paid].

Termination

- Either party may terminate the agreement upon [insert notice period, e.g., 30 days'] written notice.

- Upon termination, the Client will pay the Company for all Services performed prior to termination.
